Man Sentenced to 30 Days in Jail for DWI & Causing a Disturbance in Public while Intoxicated

Leonardtown, MD - Defendant Flor Cruz (D.O.B. 12/31/1975) was sentenced to thirty days of active incarceration for driving a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol and causing a disturbance in public while intoxicated.

State’s Attorney Richard Fritz would like to thank Maryland State Police Trooper First Class A. Oyler and Senior Assistant State’s Attorney Buffy Giddens for the successful investigation and prosecution of this Defendant.

The Defendant will have an additional 120 days of backup time while being placed on two years of supervised probation with the department of parole and probation after serving out his jail term.
