November 1, 2019 – Freeze Warning has been issued for portions of our forecast area where the growing season remains active. Most areas outside the urban centers and away from the tidal waters will see a freeze.
FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 9 AM EDT SATURDAY…
Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 expected.
From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Saturday.
Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
The District of Columbia, portions of central,
northern and southern Maryland and central and northern
Virginia.
Maryland counties included:

- Carroll
- Central and Southeast Howard
- Central and Southeast Montgomery
- Charles
- Frederick
- Northern Baltimore
- Northwest Harford
- Northwest Howard
- Northwest Montgomery
