Vivian Margaret Flynn, 89, of Bryans Road Vivian Margaret Flynn, 89, of Bryans Road died Dec. 18, 2002, at her home. She was retired form C&P and Capital Hill Hospital as a telephone operator. She was a member of Communication Workers of American. Born Aug. 8, 1913, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Joseph Curtin and late Mary Curtin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Flynn Sr. She is survived by her son, William Flynn Jr. of Bryans Road; brother, Edward Curtin of Upper Marlboro; sisters, Anna Dozier of Upper Marlboro and Mary Barraco of Cobb Island; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Service were held Dec. 23 at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church. The Rev. William Goode officiated. Burial will take place at 3 p.m. Jan.2 at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va. Arrangements are being handled by Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, La Plata.
