Michael Robert Dennin, 56, of Pomfret Michael Robert Dennin, 56, of Pomfret, Md., died August 6, 2002 at Civista Medical Center, La Plata. Mr. Dennin is formerly of Landover Hills in Prince George?s County. He liked hunting and fishing. He served in the US Army from 1966 to 1968. Born Oct. 2, 1945 in Washington, D.C. He was the son of the late Edward Dennin and the late Ruth Dennin. He was also preceded in death by a son, Brian Dennin; and a brother, Jerry Dennin. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Margaret Dennin, of Pomfret; sons, Billy Dennin, and wife Diana Dennin, of Mechanicsville; Stephen E. Dennin, of Alexandria, Va.; brother, John R. Dennin, of Bowie; sister, Anne Dulaney, and husband Richard Dulaney, of Bethany Beach, De., and one grandchild, Lauren Dennin. Visitation will be held Friday, August 9th, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, La Plata. Prayer service will be at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday August 10th at 9:30 a.m. at St. Joseph?s Catholic Church, Pomfret. Burial will take place at the Church Cemetery. The Rev. Michael Quill will officiate. Pallbearers will be, John Dennin, Kenny Clements, Ron Jacobs, David Gill, Dennis Sutsko, and Kenny Burch. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 1041 Rt. #3 North Building A., Gambrills, MD 21054; or Hepatitis Foundation, Int?l, 30 Sunrise Terrace, Cedar Grove, N.J. 07009. Arrangements are being handled by Arehart-Echols Funeral Home, La Plata.
