On Thursday, September 29, 2005 at 9:39 am Tpr. G. White responded to Spring Ridge Middle School for a reported assault.
Investigation revealed that two students, both 11 years old males, had wrestled each other to the ground and then began throwing each other around before being separated by staff personnel.
Both juveniles advised the altercation started after one pushed the other in the back. No injuries occurred.
Both juveniles were arrested and taken to the State Police Barracks, charged with assault, processed and released to a parent pending disposition by Juvenile Justice Authorities.
