Lollar to Discuss Maryland's Fiscal Future

  • By

Eager to build on the momentum and excitement from a successful primary, Republican candidate Charles Lollar will present his plan for a strong local and national economy to residents of Maryland's 5th District when he speaks to them at a Town Hall Meeting in Beltsville next Tuesday.
The meeting will be held in the Reception Room at Hope Christian Church, 6251 Ammendale Rd. in Beltsville, MD, from 6:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 5.  The meeting is open to the public and will include a question & answer opportunity.
This will be Lollar's second town hall meeting since winning the primary in Maryland's 5th Congressional District.  He will address issues of local and national importance, including the economy, job creation, accountability in government, and more. The majority of the evening will be devoted to taking questions from the audience. Lollar has increased the standard meeting length by 30 minutes in hopes of addressing as many concerns as possible. “We've got more and more folks coming out to these meetings hoping to get answers to some tough questions,” said Lollar. “They deserve those answers.”
Lollar, a 39-year-old businessman and Marine Corps Reserve officer champions the rights of citizens to choose and direct their own lives in a nation that governs itself through the rule of law.
