Calvert Hospice hosts free seminar on resources for caregivers

PRINCE FREDERICK, Md. - On Aug. 14 from 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m., Calvert Hospice will host a free seminar covering caregiver resources at the Springhill Suites by Marriott, 75 Sherry Lane, Prince Frederick. 

Amy Boucher, Aging Social Services Maryland Access Point Coordinator, will discuss services available through the local Area Agency on Aging which serves the aging community, those living with a disability, and their caregivers.

Learn about: Maryland Access Point, Information and Assistance, Long-Term Care Ombudsman, National Caregiver Support Program, Medicaid Funded Long Term Support Services and more. This will be an interactive program, designed so that the attendee can ask questions about navigating services.
