The Twilight Performance Series sponsored by the College of Southern Maryland (CSM) completes its schedule the week of July 28 as the Barnstormers wrap up this family-friendly, free series held at each of the college's campuses.

The Barnstormers, comprised of Tom Jolin and Slim Harrison, perform traditional, American Folk music. The two started their group in 1980 and play the banjo, fiddle, harmonica, guitar and hammer dulcimer.

The Barnstormers will provide a free lecture on the history of folk music in America and various instruments used by folk artists beginning at 6 p.m., followed by the performances at 6:45 p.m. The Barnstormers will perform at the Leonardtown Campus front lawn on July 29, the La Plata Campus HT lawn on July 30 and the Prince Frederick Campus lawn on July 31. In the event of inclement weather, performances will move inside. Decisions will be posted by 2 p.m. the day of the performance online at and the college hotline, (301) 369-1999 or 1(800)650-4023.
