Drunk Driver Crashes into Townhome

On June 2, Deputy Nicole Chimko-Fahey responded to Ronald Drive in Lexington Park for a reported vehicle into a house.  Deputy Fahey made contact with the vehicle operator, Justin D. Biscoe, 23 of Lexington Park, who had been operating a 2000 Chrysler 300. 

Biscoe displayed signs of being under the influence of alcohol and was given roadside field sobriety for which where performed poorly.  A check of Biscoe’s Maryland Drivers License revealed his license was suspended. 

Biscoe was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving while impaired by alcohol.  He was released to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner

Authorities in St. Mary's County are investigating an accident involving a car into a townhome.

The accident occurred around 6:45 p.m. on June 2 in the 21800 block of Ronald Drive in Lexington Park.

Rescue crews arrived on the scene to discover the driver of a Chrysler 300 had crashed into a townhome in the Countryside neighborhood.

The driver has been identified as Justin Darrell Biscoe, 23 of Lexington Park. Biscoe was charged with Driving on a Suspended License while Impaired by Alcohol and Driving Under the Influence. Biscoe was the only one in the vehicle at the time of the crash. No one in the townhome was injured.

This is not the first time Biscoe has been in trouble with the law. Biscoe was arrested less than a year ago on June 22, 2009 and was found guilty for a DWI but was given a Probation before Judgement. His license was suspended on Oct. 9, 2009 for failing to pay a $250 fine in that case. His last DUI was less than a mile from where this accident occurred.

The accident remains under investigation.
