On Friday, March 2, 2012 Northeastern Supply hosted their 2nd Annual American Standard Dealer Meeting at the Hyatt Regency in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.  Northeastern Supply is a Plumbing, HVAC, and water systems wholesaler with locations in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia and Southern Pennsylvania. It is the region’s Authorized American Standard Heating and Air Conditioning Distributor and two-time Pinnacle Leadership Award winner. They honored their top producing American Standard dealers in an awards ceremony held in Pisces Restaurant that evening.  Among the winners of the evening was Hollywood, MD contractor Boothe’s Heating & Air Conditioning.

Boothe’s Heating & Air Conditioning has served the Southern Maryland community for over 20 years, offering not only top-of-the-line HVAC equipment, but also superior customer service and honest and reliable workmanship.   The recent recipient of Northeastern Supply’s Customer Care Dealer of the Year award, Boothe’s Heating and Air Conditioning’s customers agree, grading President Wayne Boothe and his team with a 100% in Customer Satisfaction and 100% in Referral Rate.  Also the recipient of Northeastern Supply’s Commercial Dealer of the Year, Boothe’s Heating and Air Conditioning specializes in residential and commercial HVAC repair, replacement and maintenance.  As an Authorized American Standard Customer Care Dealer, this southern Maryland contractor is held to a higher standard among his fellow contractors and continues to meet expectations without fail.

American Standard Heating and Air Conditioning and Boothe’s Heating and Air Conditioning have tackled a growing demand in the southern Maryland market for energy efficient heating and cooling systems.  Heating and air conditioning systems are no longer just considered in terms of home comfort, but also in terms of energy and cost efficiency as well as carbon foot printing.

President Wayne Boothe states, “It’s all about communication. It’s important that our customers have a great experience from when the call is first received by our customer service representatives to the completion of the job with our service technicians visiting the customer’s home. We pride ourselves on doing the job right the first time and making sure our customers are 100% satisfied.”
