Linda Rose Feather

Linda Rose Feather, 72, of Hollywood, MD departed this life on Friday, February 12, 2021 after a lengthy battle with illness. As the warrior she was, she fought until the very end with dignity and grace. Born on November 26, 1948 in Washington, DC, she was the loving daughter of the late Ernest Henry Cadieu and Virginia Lee Rose Cadieu.

Linda married the love of her life and best friend, Milton Ray Feather on March 1, 1965. They were married forty-seven years and raised three children, Regina, Wonda and Donald.

Linda was a beautiful soul with the heart of an angel. She cherished God and her family above all. Linda was a devoted Mom, Gram, Gigi, sister and friend. She was an active member of Laurel Run Church of God in Friendsville, MD.

Linda was a kind and loving woman who had a heart of gold. She enjoyed going to the Senior Centers (Southern Pines and Friendsville).  Linda loved Bingo, music (Elvis Presley & Conway Twitty were here all time favorites), going out to eat, and shopping.

Linda may be gone, but she will never be forgotten. Her beautiful soul left her earthly body and is now in the arms of our Heavenly Father. She is in no more pain and has been reunited with loved ones in Heaven who have gone before her. The memories that Linda has left behind will forever live on in our hearts.

She is survived by her three children, Regina Lynn Guthrie of Hollywood MD, Wonda Ann Philyaw and her husband, Harley of California, MD, and Donald Ray Feather and his wife, Patty of Lake View, SC; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and one sister, Barbara Lee Leonardi. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Milton Ray Feather.

The family will receive friends for Linda’s Life Celebration on Thursday, February 18, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Brinsfield Funeral Home & Crematory, P.A, 30195 Three Notch Road, Charlotte Hall, MD 20622.
