On February 3, 2011, officers responded to the College of Southern Maryland Leonardtown Campus for report of a disturbance.

Upon arrival, deputies learned Bulasio Mutyaba Mukiibi, 19 of Great Mills, was in the Student Services Office when he became upset and began making threats.  He exited the office after being asked to leave but was later observed by school staff in the lobby pointing his finger at several students making a gun sound and stating “I’m going to kill you.”

Mukiibi was escorted from the campus grounds by law enforcement.  Mukiibi was served with a Criminal Summons on February 8, 2011 charging him with Disorderly Conduct and Disturbance of a School Operation.

At the time he was served the Criminal Summons for the charges stemming from the incident at the College of Southern Maryland, he was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for failing to appear in court on an unrelated charge.
