CALIFORNIA, Maryland --  Motorists are advised to use caution on St. Andrews Church Road in California. A portion of St. Andrews Church Road near Old St. Andrews Church Road is closed due to an motor vehicle accident involving a tanker. 

Reports say three vehicles are involved and medivac had been requested at the scene.
