At approximately 6:40 a.m., on Wednesday, Jan. 6, the North Beach Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad received a report of an auto accident at Route 260 and East Mt. Harmony Road in Owings.
Emergency crews arrived to find four vehicles involved with multiple crash victims. After being treated on the scene, two injured victims were transported to Calvert Memorial Hospital by ambulances from North Beach and Dunkirk.
The accident is still under investigation by local authorities.
