Sgt. Brian McCourt arrested Jesse Edward Germann, 46 of Prince Frederick, at the Mr. Tire in Prince Frederick on January 17 at 10:14 a.m. and charged him with disorderly conduct.
Sgt. McCourt responded to the location for the report of a fight in progress. Upon arrival he observed two men involved in a verbal dispute.
Germann acted in a disorderly manner and was arrested.
