Traffic Stop Leads to Pot Bust

Calvert County Dep. Frank Winston conducted a traffic stop in the area of Spruce Street and Thunderbird Drive in Lusby, on Dec. 6 at 12:15 a.m. 

The driver, later identified as Kevin M. Smith, 27 of California, was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana
