At 9:22 a.m. Dec. 11, Tpr. E. Evans of the Leonardtown barrack served John Stephen Gilbert Jr., 25, of Lexington Park with a criminal summons to appear in court to answer to charges of Theft. The theft charge resulted from an investigation in which money intended for bank deposit, for his employer (McDonalds), was not deposited by him |
