Deputy Helps Tumbling Stumbler Out of Ditch, Finds Pot Bags

At 12:22 a.m. June 13, Deputy John Harms observed a male staggering in the roadway near Thunderbird Drive and Winnebago Lane in Lusby. Upon approaching him, the man, later identified as James Ray Delahoussaye, 23 of Lusby, stumbled and fell into a ditch. He was found to be in possession of five baggies of suspected marijuana. Delahoussaye was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center. |
