Arrest in DC Results in Local Sex Offender Being Located

On June 2, the Washington DC Metropolitan Police arrested Jeffrey Allen Spalding, 48, of no fixed address, on controlled dangerous substance possession charges. On June 5, St. Mary’s County BCI detectives extradited Spalding back to St. Mary’s County on a 2005 warrant for Failing to Notify the Sex Offender Registry of an Address Change and Violation of Probation. Detectives charged Spalding with four additional counts of Failing to Register as a Sex Offender and he is incarcerated at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. |
