Two Facing Prison After Narcotics Investigations

Vice Narcotics Detectives indicted Marcus Anthony Mills of Lexington Park for Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute. Assistance was requested from Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputies in locating Mills.

On May 30, Deputy Keith Moritz located and arrested Mills. A search was conducted upon arrival at the Detention Center and 31 Percocet Pills were located secreted on the suspect’s person. The pill has a street value of upwards of $600.

Mills received the additional charges of Possession with Intent to Distribute, Possession CDS not-marijuana and Introduction of CDS into a Correctional Facility.

The State’s Attorney Office and the Vice Narcotics Division have completed the investigation and adjudication of the case related to Antoine Marquis Johnson of Lexington Park.

Johnson, a repeat offender of violations of drug crimes, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute as a Volume Dealer. He received 15 years in the Department of Corrections, Suspended to 8 years.

There is a Violation of Probation in the State of Maryland and the State of Texas. Both have “back up time” and neither is a part of this plea agreement. Once his current sentence is completed, he will be sent to the State of Texas to fulfill his obligation to that State.
