Police Seek Whereabouts of Sex Offender Registry Violator

The Charles County Sheriff’s Office and Charles County Crime Solvers are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of Randy Allen Fowler, 26, who is wanted for failing to notify the Sex Offender Registry of a change of addres.

Fowler is a white male about 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 170 pounds and has numerous tattoos.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 301-932-2222 or Charles County Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS. Crime Solvers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to his arrest. All callers remain anonymous.

The Maryland Sex Offender Registry categorizes Fowler as a sexually violent offender.
