Police Seek Help Finding Missing Sex Offender

Payne, 39, of Waldorf, is wanted for failing to notify the registry of a change of address. Anyone with information about Payne’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Charles County Sheriff’s Office at 301-932-2222 or Charles County Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS. Crime Solvers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to Payne’s arrest. All callers remain anonymous. |
