The Charles County Sheriff’s Office and Charles County Crime Solvers are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Thomas Evans Payne, who is wanted for violating the requirements of the sex offender registry.

 Payne, 39, of Waldorf, is wanted for failing to notify the registry of a change of address.

 Anyone with information about Payne’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Charles County Sheriff’s Office at 301-932-2222 or Charles County Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS.

 Crime Solvers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to Payne’s arrest. All callers remain anonymous.
