Lights in the Sky Last Night, a UFO?

 A Bay Net reader wants to know if anyone else saw a strange occurrence in the sky just after the sun set Wednesday.

 The reader reports seeing bright orange-ish lights or a glowing object in the sky.

 “I was jogging right as it got dark, and I kept seeing this circular orange light thing in the sky.  When I got back home, I showed my husband, son and nephew, (I'm not crazy... they saw it too),” the reader said.

 “My husband said it looked like some kind of flare they use with the airplanes on base. I forget what he called it. I’m just curious if anyone else reported it. I was sure it was a UFO.”

PBR encounter
What you witnessed was a phenomenon known as a PBR encounter. This occurs when one has an over exposure to a cold bubbly liquid commonly found in cans and bottles at the liquor store.

UFO in Southern Maryland!
A friend of mine and I saw it also…it flared up and there was five circular orange lights and then they dimmed out, several minutes later they returned and this time it was like 8 or 9 of them. We got scared and started driving away in the car…we talked about reporting it but then we didn't think anyone would believe us, and did not know who to call.

Ok so exactly where in the county did this occur? I was outside last night and did not see anything. I am wondering if someone was extremly intoxicated or high as a kite. If so could you tell me which, I would like to know where to get some!!!

According to the news it was the space station moving across our night skys.

I saw the lights, too, as did my husband. He was outside in Dameron and I was driving south on 235 around 7:30 pm. I observed three lights which I thought was probably a plane coming towards the base, however it was hovering or remaining stationary.

It would rise up into the clouds and the lights were gone. Then the lights would reappear in the same location. This occurred four times before it was gone permanently.

I was on Great Mills Road at the time and the lights appeared above where the Naval base is!

son saw it too
My son saw the lights too. He doesn't drink...yet. Thought it remarkable that shortly after the shuttle landed in Florida. Any connection?

I saw it, and so did my family. We do not drink or do drugs. It appeared stationary, but kept appearing and disappearing. The lights would go around, then it would fade away. We are in Hollywood, I was looking off to the East... it was near the airport. Something there maybe?

They've LANDED!!!
As of Wednesday night about around 7:30-9 this thing shined in the sky and we had thought that it was fire works, at first. Then we began to suspect an un-manned aircraft (UAV) possibly setting off flares. We suspect that it could possibly be a UFO.

The aircraft (of sorts) circled and launched the bright orangish lights in approximately the same spot everytime. It did this about 6 times before we lost visual (it flew beyond our eye perception).

We took a video of it and it does not look like a UFO but it could possibly be one!!!! You can't disprove it. Are we the only intelligent life form in all of the cosmos? I doubt it.

To Hollywood & escape
Hollywood, take an Ambien and get some sleep. The grays haven't come to suck your brains out and mate with you in an effort to produce alien/human hybrids.

You live in the vicinity of a Naval Air Station with a test pilot school and frequently caters to aircraft systems testing activities.

They can't (and won't) inform the public every time they do some testing that may produce spooky lights in the sky. If it had been a real invasion, I'm sure you would've been informed (or assimilated) by now.
