Two Students Arrested After Simulating Rape

Dfc. M. Faulkner responded to White Oak Secondary School in Great Mills, for the report of a sex offense on March 12. Investigation by Dfc. Faulkner revealed the victim, 13, and two juvenile suspects, ages 14 and 15, were riding a school bus when the 15-year-old suspect grabbed the victims head and forced her head onto his lap simulating a sex act. The 14-year-old suspect then grabbed the victim’s leg, raising it in the air, then simulated a sex act with the victim. Both juvenile suspects were arrested and charged with Second Degree Assault and Fourth Degree Sex Offense. The 15-year-old suspect was transported to Cheltenham Youth Facility pending further action by juvenile authorities due to previous involvements. The 14-year-old was released to a guardian. |
