Felony Warrants, Summonses Served on Suspected Dealers, Grower

 Sheriff’s Office Deputy Moses served a Circuit Court Indictment this week on Mark Alan Henson, 44 of Lexington Park, for his part in a marijuana manufacturing operation.

 Deputy Campbell arrested Kerwin DeAndre Ware, 32 of Leonardtown, on an open Grand Jury Indictment for Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute. He was awaiting a Hearing in the Circuit Court.

 Both indictments were a result of past Vice Narcotics Search and Seizure Warrants.

 Deputy Moses also served a Circuit Court Criminal Summons on George Thomas Young, 22 of Callaway, for Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute and Possession of Marijuana.

 The charges stem from a Search and Seizure Warrant that was served by Vice Narcotics Detectives on a Lexington Park home.

 He was released pending an Arraignment Hearing in the Circuit Court.
