The Search and Seizure Warrant, which was executed on Feb. 15, led to the recovery of approximately $200 worth of marijuana, which was packaged for distribution, digital scales and more than $2,000 in cash.

Aud was arrested and charged with Possession with the Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana and related smoking devices.

A fifth suspect, Roger Lee Sexton, 55 of Great Mills, was arrested while in the area of the operation. He was wanted on an open Grand Jury Indictment for distribution of a dangerous substance.  In an unrelated drug investigation, Suspect Bobbie Lee Coontz, 22 of Lexington Park, was arrested for “Manufacturing Marijuana” at his Lexington Park home. He was found to be cultivating a small amount of marijuana.
