One Hurt in Van vs. Pickup Crash
LEXINGTON PARK - 2/18/2008
|
At 1 a.m. this morning, a male driver was seriously hurt in a crash on Route 235 near the Great Mills Road intersection. Police and rescue volunteers responded to find a pickup truck and a van had collided. Officials radioed for a helicopter transport to a regional trauma center, but the weather prevented emergency helicopters from flying last night. The injured man was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital by Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad ambulance. See slideshow below for images from the scene. |
