Near 2:15 a.m. Jan. 12, TFC J. Edelen was working a Gang Suppression at the Thai Seafood on Crain Highway, Waldorf, when he was contacted by TFC G. Kies, Maryland State Police Gang Task Force.

TFC Keys advised he observed four males exit a blue Ford, open the trunk and place a handgun in the truck.

TFC Kies conducted a probable cause search of the vehicle when TFC Edelen arrived at the scene to assist.

Contact was made with the driver, Donnell Eugene Williams, 19, of Washington D.C. and Donta William Bush, 18, of Landover.

The search revealed a loaded PA-63 handgun in the trunk. Both subjects were placed under arrest and charged with a handgun in vehicle.
