California man charged with property destruction, disorderly conduct

St. Mary's County Deputy Bowen responded to a residence on February 18 to a residence on St. Clair Road in California for a disturbance.

Suspect Ronald Paul Colvin, 37, of California, was intoxicated and threw full beer cans at the victim’s 2003 Honda causing damage. The estimated damage was over $1,500. Colvin continued to yell profanity and threats toward the victim.

Colvin was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center. He was charged with Property Destruction Over $1,000 and Disorderly Conduct.
