The St. Mary’s County Bureau of Criminal Investigations is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Brian Robert Flynn, W/M, age 26, 5’-11”, 185 lbs. Flynn walked away from the court authorized Compass Program while serving a 15- month sentence at the St. Mary’s County Detention Center for Theft Under $1,000. He was last seen in the Charlotte Hall area walking on foot. 

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Flynn is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 301-475-4040 or Sgt. Richard Hill at 301-475-4200 Ext. 1963.  Citizens can also text information to CRIMES (274637).  Simply enter “TIP239” (847239) before your tip.

The St. Mary’s County Bureau of Criminal Investigations is an investigative team comprised of Detectives from the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office and the Maryland State Police, Leonardtown Barrack.  The unit was established on July 1, 2003 and is based in Leonardtown, Maryland.
