On November 28th, several members of the Sisters at Heart Breast Cancer Support Group decorated the Christmas tree in the main lobby of Civista Medical Center. This is the second year that the group has decorated the 10 ½ foot lobby tree. The "Shades of Pink" tree will promote breast cancer awareness and the importance of early detection.

Civista Health sponsors many breast cancer awareness events throughout the year including Paint the Park Pink at Regency Furniture Stadium and the October Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon at the Richard R. Clark Senior Center. Civista Health also partners with the American Cancer Society bringing Look Good Feel Better workshops and Reach to Recovery volunteers to Civista Medical Center.
