Threesome Arrested on Open Prescription Drug Indictments

Hoover, Garner, and Goble

Jason Anthony Hoover (Age 23 of Charlotte Hall), John Robert Garner (Age 30 of Bedford, Va.)and Jesse Patrick Goble (Age 22 of Mechanicsville) were identified as major distributors of prescription medication throughout St. Mary’s County. The three suspects, along with others were responsible for thousands of “Oxycodone” being falsely obtained and distributed. There are other suspects still at large. Suspect Hoover, Garner and Goble were arrested on open indictments for the drug violations and were originally held without bond.

Caution: Sarcasm alert! How do we know that these aren’t pharmacists doing business on the streets instead of a traditional store? Perhaps they were doing so to reduce their costs by not having to maintain a store. The story didn’t really say. Did this really rise to the point where police needed to become involved?

Ridiculous!
You bring something up from 9 months ago and arrest them again!..sounds pretty stupid to me! They made mistakes and learned from them very much so! Jesse is a great guy and made a mistake. Hes a great father and is doing the right thing now. and i would know because he is my boyfriend. and im with him everyday. and if he wasnt doing the right thing and being responsible he would not be around our child! Hes stepping up and doing what he needs to do for himself and for Us! For the other two! I really dont know! n cant say anything because im not with them everyday! But nobody can judge when you really dont know the situation at all! WHAT REALLY SHOULD HAPPEN is the police needs to leave people alone that are trying and go after these doctors that give people a RIDICULOUS amount of NARCOTICS and get them HOOKED on this so called "legal drug" THAT is where the problem starts! Look for example DR. GEORGE MATTHEWS got arrested for prescribing a MINOR oxycodone! these SO CALLED DOCTORS are the REAL CRIMINALS, ALL OF THIS has got completly out of hand in southern maryland and HAS TO STOP! almost EVERY SINGLE FAMILY has SOMEONE in it that is or has been addicted to Narcotic medicition! So truthfully, i think they should leave jesse alone because he is trying and doing the right thing! Come on now, just let it go! Go after someone thats really doing something wrong! Like the Doctors!!

It's really simple. You do the crime, you do the time! No matter what kind of person you are; if you are engaged in illegal conduct you deserve exactly what you get. All three deserve the most harsh punishment possible for the crime as long as they are found guilty. STOP MAKING EXCUSES FOR CRIMINAL SCUM!

9 months ago, your boyfriend was arrested when the police had enough evidence of a crime. After arrest, I'm guessing he was bailed out. Next, the case goes to a grand jury (next time they meet). The case is presented to the grand jury by the States Attorney and then the grand jury decides if there is enough evidence for the case to be prosecuted. If they do, arrest warrants are issued and those involved are arrested again and will now have to face a criminal prosecution. Sorry, it seems that you think that we're just supposed to forget everything and leave them alone. I don't think so. I agree that your boyfriend is allowed his day in court. However, if he is guilty of the crimes that he is accused of, he needs to go to prison for a few years. That's where he may really learn from his mistakes. I believe drug dealers are one of the lowest forms of life and a scourge to the community. You state: "But nobody can judge when you really dont know the situation at all!' There are people who will judge him, they're referred to as a Jury. You also state: "Jesse is a great guy and made a mistake." I don't believe what he did is a "mistake". I think he intentionally committed some very serious crimes and he needs to pay. Great guys don't deal drugs, neither do great Dads so it looks as though Jesse fails on both those points. I would suggest you call the public defender, he's gonna need it!

I personally take offense to these type of low life scum, see they dont know where the pills or drugs end up, my 12 yr old son was introduced to drugs by some little punks in my area and all was 18 and younger, where did these little boys get the drug from? scum like the three above, I have had to put my son in drug classes and take him to n/a meetings to show him what the life of drugs lead you too, im very ashamed of what my little boy has done, and want to see these drug dealers like the ones above sit and rot in jail.

Both of you two need to go to rehab and have social services take away your baby. You both are disgusting people and need a tremendous amount of help. All you do everyday is get high, instead of being parents. I feel bad for your child, because she is going to grow up without any parents and probably turn out like the both of you! It's unfortunate, but it's most likely going to happen. I'm glad Jesse finally got caught, you're next (if it hasn't happened already). Grow the hell up and get a job!! A leopard never changes its spot. That's all I have to say about that.

remember back in may when you got busted and i wrote a comment about you then you responded with I would like to start by saying, First off "firefly" as well as, "sjordan1125". The both of yall need to mind yalls own biss. I take it that you guys have NOTHING better to do with your lives then to sit on baynet and comment on people you know NOTHING about. Just to set the record straight "firefly" a "low life scum" would be more appropriate and a better description of yourself sweetie !!! Because the ONLY thing we am GUILTY of, Is having the wrong person in our car at the wrong time. and for that me and my "wife" spend the night in jail? which was bad enough, so before you ever open your mouth agian an try to comment on a situation or couple you know NOTHING ABOUT, do yourself a favor an just do a little research next time so you dont look so f'ing stupid. Goble might i ask whos lookin fu**in stupid now? Imagine that, you musta been lying last time huh? wow a drug dealer lying about his crime, just imagine that!
