Duo Busted in Leonardtown for Stealing Lawn Mowers

Destruction of Property, Theft and Theft Scheme

On April 25, 2011 deputies responded to Newtowne Neck Road in Leonardtown, Maryland for a report of a theft in progress.As deputies arrived on the scene they found Jeremiah Lewis Kohnhorst 26 of LaPlata, Maryland and Hilary Min Sun Spalding 24 of LaPlata, Maryland leaving the property towing a trailer carrying two riding law mowers.Further investigation reveal the two had been removing riding lawn mowers, motors other metal items from the same property on Newtowne Neck Road and selling them at a local scrap metal dealer.The numerous thefts occurred between April 20, 2001 and April 25, 2011.The total loss value of the property stolen was over $8,000.Kohnhorst and Spalding were charged with destruction of property, theft and theft scheme.

Stolen things
I had farm equipment stolen from my place, I wonder if it was these two, they stole a tobacco planter, disk, tobacco lift, cylinders lots of other stuff too. How would I find out if it was them?

^^^^^ to who ever posted the last thing yea I did if someone is posting things about you wouldn't u like the truth to be told. I never have hidden anything in my life nobody's perfect I replied bc obviously when people r speaking on ur name then u want to get the full story out u must be as ignorant as all the others I can spell a whole lot better than these ppl who call me a crack head when I've NEVER smoked crack in my life I hate crack and I don't even like weed. I told the whole truth nothing but the truth now a year later I'm still working full time that was a bad day of course I didn't get ready for a photo shoot in 100 degree weather the one day I go with them both yes in the day light for a whole week this house looked like a crack house right off the side of the road ok a yard that's about as big as a town house doesn't need 20 old busted lawn mowers he was helping his boy for a month on a nice guys property in Newburg like I stated we met him. So why wouldn't he believe to go remove old broken busted lawn mowers I have a really big back yard and don't need more than one riding lawn mower obviously u are interested in the story and duh if u can read it was dropped actually the grand daughter who can't spell who called us crack heads she and her brother/boyfriend/cousin who ever was charged with shit they went removed lawn mowers took them in the day light like maybe a week and went on camera yes when they took us to jail we had to sit there for a few hours but guess what the commissioner was super nice he has a brain he could see obviously the "owners" say the other boy leave we specifically stayed and waited while these corn fed honkies came there cussing and talkin crap to me when I never set foot on the property then they wanna try and talk shit in court then they shut up when they saw they were charged with assault for trying to fight us. Anyway I am sorry I'd be pissed if I saw people but why would we come in the day time for a week straight when the house is right off the side and u can see the whole thing it's not hidden its just a old busted house with busted lawn mowers I thought it was odd nobody lived there it seemed it really was vacant since they went there in the daylight with trucks and trailers and it was just my bad luck. It was dropped in court I had nothing to do with it other than I knew they worked before in Newburg since I met the man and I happened to go with them I can't push or pick up lawn mowers I actually just sat there on my phone. Anyway if u all could read and spell better maybe u could read all I have said I'd be mad too but it was a mistake not to have written permission thank u to the commissioner to the court and all of u who are concerned. I saw them in Newburg do a lot of metal and the property owner has a nice home he owned all the property when u pass going down towards south but anyway it's over it's done. Wrong place wrong time and I happened just to get my truck my dad knew exactly where we were the guy who let us use his nice trailer knew and I just think its sad u all don't know us I wish u would just not say anything especially type anything when you can't spell. Now this is a year later I'm doing the best I can to move on with my life and I'm thankful for justice. I'm also thankful for being able to spell I just wish u all could read and think about it if it was your name being written about wouldn't u respond?!!! Anyway I'm done wanna know more hit me up anytime not hard to find!!! Lol it was proven in court so why comment on that I will type whatever I want when I want especially when it's about me and I can't stand ignorance!! Im sad that Joe Gross' name isnt plastered all over the interent also, being that he's the little p.o.s. that told Miss Spalding and Mr. Kohnhurst that he had permission from the family to remove this pile of junk that was sitting in the woods for years. Joe Gross ran when he saw the police and he is charged now also. The "Korhnhurst Boys" are NOT KNOWN DRUG DEALERS. I think that anyone that spends theyre days on Baynet commenting stupid things such as "min sun is now americanized" should rethink theyre life and how pathetic they really are. Cobb Island is defaming their names by putting up flyers wit the incident, this is morally wrong. I just think Cobb Island should built a recreation center or something to keep them occupied and keep my friends names the hell outta their mouth. "Keep hatin haterz ur only making them more famous" I rest my case.

this is the real story from the couple who this story was about
All of u are idiots who commented stupid stuff I am Hilary and first of all my boyfriend and i had our charges dropped due to the fact we were not purposefully trying to steal from anybody my boyfriend is 250 lbs and he was working with a friend for over a month with permission on a family friends property in newburg md they worked there for over a month with permission and removed old scrap metal that had been dumped on the friends property throughout time the home owner and family friend had given his full permission to remove every thing and the boys even removed trees for this man in newburg when this job was completed after a full month the other boy who had first got him the job to help lift these heavy horse carriages and other scrap metal that's when he told him he had another job to to in st marys we are not from the area but the friend who got him the jobs family does live there they were there to work to remove about 20 old broken lawn mowers which were on this certain property just like u stated how stupid to cone to the house in the daylight well that's exactly the point nobody not even ur worst theif is stupid enough to pull onto a property to the back yard every day for a week straight for four hours a day with a trailer attached to carry the scrap lawn mowers they are also heavy so no body who is there to steal would go every day for a week straight in the day time for hours each time it takes time to push and pull broken old scrap lawn mowers we thought maybe this was another family friend and we watched him actually go to knock on the door every time to see if they were home we were told that his girl friends mom was friends with these old people and we thought maybe the man died who had a hobby of collecting broken mowers as the house and yard were not the biggest or in the best condition not one of the lawn mowers worked and they were over ten years old rusted and flat tires one small yard doesn't need more than one push lawn mower to.cut grass let alone 20 broken ones so now for all of u racist country bums can know that we both have full time jobs I never have smoked crack in my life I didnt touch one of those mowers I was only there bc they were driving my new truck my dad got bc our family knew that they were doing scrap metal for work. Nobody wanted to steal from anybody if that was the case they would have gone during the night time and not backed in everyday and sat there to get them all on the trailer. So lesson learned if the home owners dont give written permission don't go by word of mouth make sure. For all we know the familys do know eachother they just didn't know that these boys were related to the family we were told that they know them and the other boy was supposed to ask if they want their junk removed. Since nobody was home we thought it was just old scrap metal that needed to removed to clean up the yard to sell. The house looked like a crack house. So maybe we were wrong by going without having written permission but the first job before they didn't get written permission even though through the month we did meet the owner who was more than happy his land was being cleared. So anyway I didn't step foot on the property I sat inside the truck while they worked it was a hot summer day and I didn't get ready for a photo shoot trust me I look way better than this and these people who talk stuff over the internet we met these owners in court and the loud grand daughter she was the one who was acting like trash screaming at me when i had nothing to do with it. My boyfriend was respectful offered to return it and when the guy who got the job ran off in his truck we knew it wasnt ok. So to make it short we were released 6 hours later no bond after we told the nice commissioner the situation we went to court and finally all charges were dropped my boyfriend and I both work full time good jobs and he wants to pay them back he apologized to these owners for the fact he helped remove it and we learned a goof lesson. Thanks to my girl Jessica and my family for sticking with us and we don't go around robbing any body. For the people who judge and are racist grow up I'm better then all of u on my worst days. And whoever wrote the comment about my boyfriend I bet u wouldn't say it to his face and ur the one who has no life don't be mad bc ur stuck on bay net and we are NOT GUILTY!! I am adopted Korean I have all American familys and friends and just remember u are the losers who sit behind a computer all day takin.g time to talk about us while we are free as a bird trying to live a happy fufilled life. Check my stats I might not be perfect but there's no doubt I am way better off than all of u grow up and I pray u all can get a life

response, you must have more time than most replying to posts. If you are innocent, that will be proven in court. If your case has been dropped, then good for you. If you get indicted next week, then good for the cops. If it is over, it is over, move on and don't worry about what other people think or say. I know I could give a good ___ what people think about where I live and what kind of county I live in. Get it?
