Multiple Homes, Sheds Burglarized in Calvert

The following burglaries were reported to the Calvert County Sheriff's Office:

Burglary  Unknown suspect(s) burglarized a home on Breeden Road in Lusby sometime between 6:15 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on January 25.  DFC Moises Velasquez is handling the investigation where a 42 inch flat screen Vizio television worth $1100 was stolen and $900 in damage was done to the home.  Anyone with information is asked to contact him at (410) 535-2800.

DFC Edwin Bradley is investigating an attempted burglary to a shed behind a home on San Jose Lane in Lusby.  The attempt occurred at 3:41 a.m. on January 28.  The homeowner heard a noise and went to investigate and found $250 in damage.  Nothing was taken.  Anyone with information is asked to contact DFC Bradley at (410) 535-2800.

A home on Rivershore Drive in Dunkirk was broken into on January 28 between midnight and 5:10 p.m.  Fifty dollars in damage was done but it is unknown at this time if anything was taken.  Dep. Christopher Waldron is investigating.

A storage shed behind a home on Ramsey Hodges Road in St. Leonard was broken into between January 26 and 28 and a Stihl MS-290 chainsaw worth $500 and a Horton crossbow valued at $1000 were stolen.  Dep. Christopher Wells is investigating.
