On Nov. 1, at 3:34 p.m., Trooper West responded to the 1000 block of Cattle Drive in Lusby for a reported disturbance.

William R. Charest, 29 of Lusby, was arrested for displaying a handgun and threatening the victim. 

He was charged with first-degree assault and reckless endangerment and was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
