A victim advised Calvert County DFC Kevin Hall that on Oct. 30 at approximately 11 p.m., that she and her husband were in their vehicle traveling south on Md. Route 261 just south of Mears Avenue in Chesapeake Beach when she heard large bangs on the side of her vehicle. |
