Woman Struck by a Truck, Another Falls from Truck

At approximately 6:35 p.m. on Oct. 31, witnesses reported that a woman, who appeared to be intoxicated was struck by a truck in front of Starbucks in California. After questioning the driver of the truck, police determined that the woman was at fault and the driver was not charged. The woman suffered from what appeared to be a broken arm and was transported to the hospital. |
