Thief Desperate for Handicapped Parking

On October 20, at 12 p.m., MSP Trooper Parker responded to the Walmart in Prince Frederick for a reported theft from a vehicle in the parking lot. 

Unknown suspect(s) removed the handicapped placard from inside the vehicle.

Amazing
It is amazing how many seemingly healthy people use those placards to park in handicap spaces, especially at Walmart!
