Man Robbed of Briefcase After Being Struck in Head

On Oct. 26 at 7:58 p.m., officers responded to South Hampton Drive and Jessica Court in Indian Head for the report of a robbery.
 
Investigation revealed the victim was walking in the area when three males ran up, struck him on his head and attempted to steal his briefcase. The victim briefly struggled with the suspects before they fled with his briefcase.

Officers canvassed the area and the victim was treated for a minor wound to his hand.
