Telephone Misuse Leads to Man's Arrest
LEXINGTON PARK - 10/28/2009
|
On Oct. 24, Cpl David Corcoran investigated a reported protective order violation. The victim had received a Protective Order baring the suspect, Robert Taylor, 20 of Lexington Park, from contacting or attempting to contact the victim except for facilitating child visitation. Cpl Corcoran’s investigation determined Taylor violated the conditions of the order by contacting the victim in violation of the order. Robert Taylor was arrested and charged with failing to comply with an order of the court and telephone misuse. Taylor was released to the custody of the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner. |
