On Oct. 25, Dep Jean Vezzosi was responding to a disturbance in the Patuxent Homes neighborhood when he stopped  a vehicle, a 2003 Honda, observed leaving the area at a high rate of speed. 

Deputy Vezzosi identified the operator who was a 17-year-old juvenile male.  While speaking with the juvenile male, Deputy Vezzosi observed a quantity of suspected marijuana and a smoking device in plain view. 

The 17-year-old juvenile male from Lexington Park was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and released to the custody of his parent.
