Drinking Straw Adds to Man's Drug Charges

Calvert County Dep. Christopher Waldron arrested Nakia Mason Parker, 35 of Prince Frederick, after stopping the vehicle he was driving for a traffic violation on Oct. 22 at 9:11 p.m. on Md. Rt. 231 at the State Highway Administration Building.
Parker was charged with possession of Oxycodone and using drug paraphernalia, a cut black drinking straw used to ingest Oxycodone into the body.
