On October 22, Deputy Michael Boyer responded to a residence in Scotland, to investigate an assault. 

Deputy Boyer’s investigation revealed, Keith Savoy, 24 of Park Hall, became involved in a dispute with a roommate and punched them in the face.  Savoy then made threats to burn the down the residence. 

Keith Savoy was charged with second-degree assault, threats of arson and released to the custody of the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending an appearance before the District Court Commissioner.
