Group Smoking Drugs Near Vacant House: Arrests Made

On Oct. 15 at 7:09 p.m., officers responded to a call for suspicious activity near a vacant house located in the 10500 block of Briscoe Place in White Plains.

When officers arrived, they observed a group of people smoking drugs just outside the house. As officers approached, the suspects fled. Officers apprehended one suspect, a 17–year-old male, and charged him with possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing.

Another suspect was apprehended and charges are pending in his case.
