Victims Robbed at Gunpoint in Mall Parking Lot

On Oct. 16 at 10 p.m., officers responded to Mall Circle Drive in Waldrof for the report of a citizen robbery.
Investigation revealed the victims were walking in the parking lot when the suspects drove up in a dark blue Honda Accord. The suspects displayed a handgun and demanded the victims put their money and cell phones on the ground.
The victims complied and the suspects fled.
The Charles County Sheriff’s Office is investigating several robberies that recently occurred throughout the county. Detectives have developed leads in some of the cases and at this point it is not clear if any of the cases are related.
