On October 16, Detective W. Raddatz observed a suspicious vehicle parked at the entrance of the park along the Wildewood Parkway in California. The area is clearly marked the park is closed after dark. 

Detective Raddatz pulled up behind the vehicle and contacted the occupants Justin Scott Lee Casavant, 18 of California and Dustin Nicholas Reid, 18 of Hollywood.  As Detective Raddatz was speaking with the Casavant and Reid, he detected an odor of burnt marijuana.  Further investigation revealed both Casavant and Reid were in possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia. 

Casavant and Reid were arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia
