At approximately 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15, authorities responded to the scene of a three-vehicle accident at 23021 Three Notch Road in California. When units arrived they discovered a SUV, Sedan and a Bread truck had been involved in the accident.

None of the crash victims were transported to the hospital, however, police are questioning the driver of the bread truck because it traveled at least 500 yards beyond the accident before stopping.
 
As of 2:30 p.m., authorities had not decided whether or not to charge the driver with a hit and run accident.
