On October 12, at 6:23 p.m., Tpr. M. J. Pitcher responded to the 20000 block of Tree Top Road in Lexington Park for the reported disturbance in progress.

The 911-Emergency Communications Center received a second call requesting to cancel the call for the disturbance.  Tpr. Pitcher continued to the residence and made contact with Vicki Marie Curtis, 32 of Lexington Park, who advised police were no longer needed.

At 7:13 p.m., another call was received for an active disturbance at the residence on Tree Top Road in Lexington Park.  Upon arrival the second time, contact was made outside with the male complainant, 50 of Lexington Park, who advised that Ms. Curtis was inside the residence causing property damage and creating a disturbance with the people inside the residence.  As Tpr. Pitcher entered the residence he observed Curtis screaming and yelling at the people inside the residence.  He also observed in plain view a blue and silver CDS smoking device containing marijuana on a table next to Curtis.

She was placed under arrest and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was charged accordingly.  She was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner
