On Oct. 7, at 1:35 p.m., Tpr. R. L. Jackson responded to the 24000 block of Hill Road in Hollywood for the reported Disturbance. 

Upon arrival, contact was made with the suspect Adam Matthew Dennis, 25 of Hollywood.  The suspect was interviewed concerning the disturbance and changed his story several times.  The female victim, 33 of Hollywood, fled the scene prior to Tpr. Jackson’s arrival.  She was later observed on foot in the area by incoming officers and was transported back to the scene.  She explained to Tpr. Jackson that she had been hit, bitten and kicked by the suspect. 

Dennis was taken into custody and he subsequently complained of injuries that he sustained during the altercation and was transported to the St. Mary’s Hospital where he was later released from the hospital.  Dennis was taken into custody by Tpr. Jackson and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
