On Oct.12, at 8:37 P.M. Deputy T. Snyder responded to a residence in Leonardtown for the report of a violation of a protective order.

Investigation by Deputy Snyder revealed Brian C. Landry, Jr., 24 of Leonardtown, made verbal threats against the victim in violation of a protective order issued by the Circuit Court for St. Mary’s County.  During the investigation of the protective order violation Deputy Snyder observed a 5-year-old child in the residence with a bruise and laceration to his forehead.
